Tim Polidori is a Chartered construction professional and Building Surveyor specialising in technical due diligence, strategic dilapidations, and energy performance modelling. He previously served as Head of Construction at European Tyre Enterprise Limited (ETEL), leading national capital projects and facilities operations across retail and commercial estates.
